The problem we solve
You run several sites with mixed hardware — intrusion panels, IP cameras, NVRs, access control, building management, technical sensors. Every brand has its own protocol, app and alerting logic. Alarms end up scattered across mailboxes, individual SMS texts or an expensive central-station rack that is slow to deploy and painful to maintain. As a result, critical events fall through the cracks, on-call staff work blind, and information never lands where it should.
The principle: one universal standard, SMTP
AlarMail leverages a simple fact: roughly 95% of installed security and monitoring hardware already knows how to send an e-mail over SMTP. We plug into that universal output. Within minutes you get a unified event-reception interface — without swapping a single camera, panel or relay. No agent to install on the equipment, no proprietary gateway to slot in.
A reception interface with no equivalent
AlarMail turns a stream of technical e-mails into an operational supervision hub:
- Multi-site. Roll every site — offices, warehouses, schools, retail, customer premises — into a single real-time view.
- Multi-user. Separate accounts, roles and per-site or per-organisation access scopes. Guards, security desks, municipal police, operations.
- Multi-brand. Any SMTP-capable device works — Hikvision, Dahua, Novus video, Ajax, Paradox, Honeywell panels, access control, building management, IoT sensors.
- Multimedia. Event photos, video clips, technical attachments: everything the device sends is presented in-context, ready to qualify.
- Multi-screen. Live view, map view, per-site view, filterable history. Suited to supervision workstations and to field tablets alike.
- Acknowledgement workflow. Every event is handled in three clicks — detail, acknowledge, close — with timestamped logging for traceability and reporting.
Automatic escalation — if nobody responds, AlarMail keeps trying
If an alarm is not acknowledged within the delay you configure, AlarMail relays it on the channels actually available at that moment: SMS, Telegram notification, mobile PUSH, automated voice call. A guard on patrol, a municipal police officer in the field or an on-call manager gets the intrusion alert in seconds — with no need to be logged into the platform.
